Prestige Apartments booking terms
ONLINE BOOKING TERMS: These conditions govern all bookings made whether through our website, by email, or other means with Prestige Apartments whose office is:

BOOKING
Any booking made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to rent the relevant property subject to these conditions. A contract between you and Prestige Apartments will only come into existence:
• If you are booking by telephone and an email confirmation has been sent to you.
• If your payment details have been accepted by Prestige Apartments.
• £100 Accommodation holding fee has been paid by you. (This is the not the security deposit.)
Prestige Apartments will not rent any of their properties to anyone under the age of 18 years.
The holding fee of £100 will be deducted from the balance due which should be paid prior to key handover. Please note that should the balance due not be paid before key handover Prestige Apartments reserve the right to suspend or cancel the booking and the £100 holding fee will be forfeited.
Prestige Apartments Accommodation Agreement is confirmation of your booking, this agreement must be signed by the person/persons named or personal authorised to do so, this applies to company bookings.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 28 days notice of any cancellations if less than this given 50% of the total amount will be incurred. Should Prestige Apartments manage to rebook the accommodation, then you will receive a full refund less £100 administration fee.
RATES
Please note that the tariff quoted at time of booking can vary. Rent to be paid 14 days prior to your arrival, longer term clients 28 days in advance and then every 28 days until your termination date.
AVAILABILITY
In the rare case that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot deliver your requested accommodation, we reserve the right to replace that accommodation with an alternative of the same high standard. You would be notified immediately.
ADDITONAL SECURITY
A security deposit may be taken to cover additional charges including breakages, damages and additional cleaning required (only in severe cases) during your stay. In the case where credit card details have been given to cover the one week's deposit Prestige Apartments after notifying you of the damage or soiling of furnishings the amount would be deducted from your credit/debit card.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Properties are available from 2 p.m. on day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Any additional hours of occupation outside the available times will be charged £20 per hour or part thereof.
RESTRICTIONS
All Prestige Apartments properties have a NO SMOKING POLICY. No pets of any description allowed in any of our properties, bicycles are to be kept in the undercroft garage or gardens where possible. Prestige Apartments reserves the right to enter the properties at any reasonable time for cleaning or repair, alternative arrangements can be made.
RESIDENTS OBLIGATIONS
The resident undertakes to keep the property and all furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the period and to pay Prestige Apartments the value any part of the property its furnishing and contents that have been damaged. Breakages must be reported as soon as possible The visitor or any other member must not use the property or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities, or carry on there any acts that may be a nuisance or annoyance to Prestige Apartments neighbours. Prestige Apartments reserve the right to cancel any booking to be effective without refund if a guest's behaviour is causing a nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or uses threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff or neighbours in any way or manner. The guest/guests should live in an orderly fashion.
SERVICES
Although Prestige Apartments make every effort to ensure their residents enjoy a peaceful stay we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the properties or any other building as a whole, including electricity, air conditioning, water or any damage, telephone, broadband, internet and other communications, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another property or part of the building. However upon notification from you Prestige Apartments will make every effort to rectify within a reasonable time restore all services and issues where possible.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
Prestige Apartments aim to deliver the best possible care but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied please inform the office immediately (tel: 0800 043 0061 email: info@prestigeapartmentssouthampton.co.uk) Our policy is to acknowledge any complaint immediately.
GENERAL
Prestige Apartments reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time.
PRIVACY
Any information collected by us i.e. credit/debit card, home address, will be destroyed when the guest leaves the accommodation.
FAILURE TO EXERCISE
The fact that Prestige Apartments does not exercise any of its rights under this agreement in any particular instance or breach or default by the visitor shall not constitute a waiver by Prestige Apartments of such right of any instance.
NOTICES
Any notice to be served on the visitor under the agreement may be given during the period of stay will be delivered by hand and left in the apartment/property.
SERVERANCE
If any provision of this agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part then the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
NO TENANCY
The agreement is for the period of the stay as outlined and signed by the guest in our Accommodation Agreement, which does not form a tenancy agreement The visitor shall not be entitled to a Tenancy Agreement or any shorthold Tenancy agreement. Or assured tenancy agreement or any statutory protection under the Housing Act 1988 or any other security of Tenure now or upon termination of the Accommodation Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
The construction liberty and performance of the Accommodation Agreement shall be Governed by the Law of England and Wales and both parties submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Court of England and Wales irrespective of any claim, dispute or difference concerning these conditions and any matter arising from them.
